I had an amazing experience at Nando's today, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Mohammed, who took our order. He was incredibly polite, professional, and went above and beyond to guide me through using the Nando's cart with clear, detailed instructions. His excellent customer service made our visit memorable, and it's clear that he takes great pride in his work. Thank you, Mohammed, for making our experience so pleasant!

Ian at Nandos greeted me and my family. His professionalism was unique and outstanding kudos to him. We also met Laguna, the shift Manager, who made our stay comfortable. From my family and me. Lunga was amazing! There was no salt available, so I asked, and he kindly brought it over to me personally. It’s the little things like going the extra mile that truly stand out and are greatly appreciated. Amazing customer service, i’ll be back!

Great service, was welcomed by a really nice man i believe was called Lungo. The whole team are really friendly and approachable, and literally move about continuously whilst still being able to smile and speak to you at the same time. A great place to visit with food cooked in a suitable time frame and at great quality. Thanks again

Fantastic service, came in for an early dinner and got seated straight away, food came out quickly and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Massive shout out to Lunga who was the friendliest person ive ever met in a nandos!

Really nice restaurant,the chicken restaurant doesn't disappoint with nandos bespoke flavours and grilled chicken. Great setting, with the nandos famous unique settings. Great service and really enjoyable atmosphere. Located in a shopping unit, so lots of shopping can be enjoyed too in the area of Kingston.

Brilliant service, friendly, quick and everything you expect from brand representation. I should've asked for their names, but I have to say the supervisor and team member that served me at the till were awesome. Not often enough do we give praise for great service and today I got exactly that. Went in for a quick lunch with my wife and our kids and had a lovely meal. But definitely it was all about the friendly service that we received today.
